I was traveling alone On I-10 and had a tire blow out on my horse trailer. I was only three miles from the exit and six miles from home and was trying to limp it along on the side of the interstate when Mr. James flagged me down and had me pull over. He was driving home from vacation and still had at least five hours to drive to get back to Tuscaloosa but insisted on stopping to put my spare on for me, checked it and told me not to drive on it until my husband came out with the air compressor and aired it up. He could not have been nicer and did a great job and made me feel safe in a dangerous situation (really, folks. Slow down and move over when you see a disabled rig!! The speeds out there were crazy!) He was an angel that rescued me and got me to a safer spot and to where I could get off the side of the highway, and I could not be more grateful. Very knowledgeable and quick! We need more folks like this looking out for each other! I even went so far as to say “Roll Tide” just for him! 😂 (and that’s hard for an Auburn fan to say!)

I cannot speak highly enough of this gentleman. He was exceptionally respectful, kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. While visiting my son at college, we experienced a flat tire with our rental car. Unfortunately, because it was so late, the rental company was unable to assist us until the following day. We contacted this company instead, and the professionalism and quality of service we received were truly outstanding.

So I had a tire blow out on me while I had 11 more hours to drive back home. I called this place explaining how jammed up I was because I really didn’t have any money to spare because I’m only working with money for gas. He told me he could definitely help me out. I get there and right away his personality calmed me down. He was so nice and so was his dog Diamond. He got me in and out gave me a really good price and I am so grateful. Go to him he will work with you for your budget and bring you a couple laughs too.
